For environmental impact, it’s important to compensate, but it’s especially essential to plan ahead. Optimized production, installation, and storage costs lead to even more positive impacts on our environment every day.

At ADS DESIGN, having an eco-friendly production is crucial. The energy efficiency of our workshop has been a key issue since our beginnings!

Our environmental approach:

We have therefore focused our entire development process on manual manufacturing. No energy-consuming machines, the energy efficiency of our workshop is our priority! We limit our outsourcing and exclusively choose local French companies. For our supplies, we favor French manufacturers, which allows us to significantly reduce the carbon impact of our products and thus the environment in general. In other words, we prioritize “Made in France” in all its forms!

Our 100% LED technology reduces energy consumption by 90%.

01. Mineral fiber

The weaving technology of mineral fiber has many positive aspects. Our structures are environmentally safe and ROHS certified.

They are lightweight and very durable.
They do not break.
They do not deform.
They can support 20 times their weight.
They are durable: lifespan of over 10 years.
They are aesthetically pleasing both day and night.
They can be used indoors (M1 certificate) and outdoors.

02. Recyclable

We recover 100% of the structural base to integrate it into concrete binders, thus producing fiber-reinforced concrete currently used for urban developments.

The recycling of our paper and cardboard waste is done at recycling centers.
Electric garlands (and various electrical materials) are processed by specialized organizations (WEEE).
Our aluminum supports mainly come from recycled aluminum.
Our packaging and storage racks are made from reclaimed wood.

03. Reusable

We guarantee a minimum lifespan of 10 years for our mineral fiber structures.

We can affirm that our designs are completely rot-proof.
They can be cleaned with high-pressure water jets, painted, and repainted, which significantly increases their lifespan.
We are able to recycle 97% of our old composite designs to recondition them, giving them a second, or even a third, life.

04. Eco-friendly

The environment is our priority. That’s why our productions are controlled (no overproduction or overstock), monitored, and of high quality.

We prioritize manual labor, which does not consume energy, unlike other automated processes.
We are committed to a circular local production loop. 90% of our raw materials come from France.
To limit our carbon impact, we have chosen hybrid and/or electric vehicles.
We also select carriers with the “Objectif CO2” label who are close to our manufacturing facilities.
