Before placing an order, the buyer must create an account on the website www.adsdesign.fr. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu. On each visit, the buyer, if they wish to place an order or view their account (order status, profile…), must log in with their information. The company ADS DESIGN offers the buyer the option to order and pay for their products in several steps, with 3 payment options to choose from : 

– Prepayment by check : The buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “cart,” modifies if necessary (quantities, references…), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, shipping fees are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. The buyer then chooses their preferred payment method: “Payment by check.” Finally, the last step asks them to verify all information, acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, then prompts them to confirm their order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button. This last click forms the definitive conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives an order confirmation acknowledging the registration of their order. To finalize their payment and trigger the processing of the order, the buyer must print this order confirmation, along with their check made out to “ADS DESIGN” and send it to the following address: 527 rue Saint Martin, 84120 PERTUIS. No cash payments should be sent. Only checks issued by a French bank will be accepted. Once the check is received, the order will be processed, and the buyer will be informed by email. ADS DESIGN will ship the products no earlier than 14 business days after the final deposit of the check corresponding to the order, subject to available funds. 

– Payment by bank transfer : The buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “cart,” modifies if necessary (quantities, references…), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, shipping fees are calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. The buyer then chooses their preferred payment method: “Payment by bank transfer.” Finally, the last step asks them to verify all information, acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, then prompts them to confirm their order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button. This last click forms the definitive conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives an order confirmation acknowledging the registration of their order. To finalize their payment and trigger the processing of the order, the buyer must contact their bank to make the transfer corresponding to the amount of their order to the bank account of ADS DESIGN, whose account details will be provided to the buyer. Once the transfer is received, the order will be processed, and the buyer will be informed by email. ADS DESIGN will ship the products after the production of the ordered items and no earlier than 2 business days after receipt of the corresponding transfer, subject to available funds. 

– Secure payment by credit card (via the Crédit Agricole e-transaction system): The buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “cart,” modifies if necessary (quantities, references…), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, shipping fees are calculated and submitted to the buyer. The buyer then chooses their preferred payment method. The next step asks them to verify all information, acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions by checking the corresponding box, then prompts them to confirm their order by clicking on the “Confirm my order” button. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure e-transaction interface of Crédit Agricole to enter their personal account or credit card details securely. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered, and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by credit card is irrevocable. In the case of fraudulent use of the card, the buyer can request the cancellation of the payment by card, and the amounts paid will then be re-credited or refunded. The cardholder’s responsibility is not engaged if the disputed payment was proven to have been made fraudulently, remotely, without the physical use of the card. To obtain a refund for the fraudulent charge and any bank fees that may have resulted, the cardholder must dispute the charge in writing with their bank within 70 days of the transaction, or 120 days if the contract binding them to the bank allows for it. The amounts charged will be refunded by the bank within a maximum of one month after receiving the written dispute from the cardholder. No fees for returning the sums will be charged to the cardholder. 

The confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having fully read them, and the waiver of any conditions of purchase. All provided data and the confirmed order will serve as proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has provided it on their order form, ADS DESIGN will send them an email confirmation of their order registration.
